AV Support Engineer
Will need to travel to other local offices for health checks and administration.
6 to 10 year experience on managing video conferencing equipment & devices.
Provide administration, monitoring, and support of video conferencing services.
Administration and deploy improvements to the in-house studio.
Works with engineers to identify the design needs for cost effective conferencing and A/V solutions.
Assess, test, and manage all video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
Works with training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
