Role & Responsibility:
- Experience in delivering large IT applications systems in agile environment Experience in handling application development, maintenance, modernization Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Development experience on Java/ J2EE & open-source technologies including cloud deployments Preferred domain experience in Retail/ Supply chain/ WMS Ensuring program/ project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, milestones, quality, along with team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks & reporting on a timely basis Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
At least 10 12 years of proven experience in program management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
