Desktop Support Analyst

DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Atlanta, GA. This position is onsite
Responsibilities:
Assists customers with tier one issues or forwards to second tier support for issues beyond their subject matter expertise. Works and communicates with employees, internal customers, and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations. Education:
Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Two years of experience at the lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 or position equivalent. Note:
An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis. Required Skill:
2 Years - Lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 or position equivalent.This position is available as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
