Summary:
As the Lead/Advisor, you'll collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical teams to develop firmware for new and existing productsYou'll also work with software engineering teams to integrate products into our Cloud Applications while ensuring security and usability.
Essential Functions:
Lead firmware engineering activities, including planning, strategy, and team coordination Implement technical roadmap, ensuring defect-free delivery during transformations Drive adoption of automation, security, and performance standards for zero-defect delivery Design and oversee quality and productivity improvement initiatives Collaborate with Hardware team to develop firmware for new products and optimize design efforts Implement best architectural practices and optimize power consumption Develop firmware for BLE and mesh technologies, as well as Embedded Linux applications Oversee firmware updates and roll-out procedures Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Stay updated with industry trends and participate in professional development activities Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 12
