Job Description:
Two years of experience at the lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 or position equivalent.
Under general supervision, the support analyst assists customers with tier-one issues or forwards to second-tier support for issues beyond their subject matter expertise.
Works and communicates with internal customers, and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.
While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions.
Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
