gateway, POS systems, Credit Cards, faster payments (ACH) etc is nice to have. Architectural/Design:
Develop high-level architecture and design for .NET-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.o Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines across development teams.o Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support project requirements.Thought Leadership:
Lead the design and implementation of complex .NET solutions, overseeing the full software development lifecycle.o Work closely with development team/Project Manager/Business Team to plan and estimate technical efforts for projects.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.o Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring architects, leads, and developers.o Conduct code reviews and architecture evaluations, ensuring adherence to defined architectural principles.Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to understand customer business and assess the criticality of their needs and requests.o Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.o Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders.o Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.o Manage and mentor team members in offshore/onsite working model.
