Vice President of Finance - CFO TRACK, BIG EQUITY PACKAGE!
LHH is working with a newly created, Private Equity backed roll up Company on a search for a Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
This is a highly visible position that will be a significant part of the Company's growth.
The position will partner heavily with the CEO and PE partners.
DESCRIPTIONThis is the Company's first Finance hire.
The position will be responsible for building out the Accounting and Finance function.
This will include hiring and managing a team, building the financial reporting packages from scratch, creating processes and procedures to enable timely and accurate reporting, and selecting and implementing appropriate systems.
This position will also be responsible for integrating acquisitions.
The ideal candidate for this position is a people leader that has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven ability to serve as a strategic partner throughout an organization.
REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVES CPA and/or MBA 10
years of relevant experience overseeing accounting and finance Extensive experience integrating acquisitions Experience reporting into a PE/Board Prior experience as a Controller, Director, VP, or CFO Must live in/around the Atlanta area COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Competitive base salary and annual bonus, along with a significant equity package Hybrid / Mostly Remote Full Benefits Pay Details:
$200,000.
00 to $250,000.
