People Coordinator Reports to:
HR Generalist The People Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting General Managers on store team member recruiting process, reporting and assisting other department on different administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating applications to correct step according to interview process and leaving notes for each applicant.
Upload applicant CSV file to ATS.
Review ATS daily.
Phone screening Team Member applicants for all store locations in a timely manner.
Communicate with Store Manager to schedule Face-to-Face interviews.
Weekly reporting on store hiring needs/spots filled to Talent and HR Manager and Area Directors.
Send email and/or text communication with culture information to applicants before face-to-face interview.
Guide applicants to complete online application before face-to-face interview with manager and follow up on incomplete applications.
Communicate in writing, in person and via telephone with employees, managers and support team members.
Supports Talent and HR Manager on managing company career pages by getting employee feedback, updating employee and company media content, responding to questions and reviews.
Assist Talent and HR Manager with employee documentation filling in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Send orientation reminder via text/email to new hires.
Report and follow up on new hire onboarding checklist completion with Managers.
Assign and review matching on new/rehire clock-in sequence numbers between HRIS AND Brink POS.
Keep track and confirm proper stock of pay cards on each store location.
Report on milestone completion/incompletion and send employee feedback survey results each period.
Assist Community relations coordinator on sending reports from all guest and 3rdparty reviews and respond to positive and negative feedback.
Assist Talent and HR Manager on reporting guest injuries timely and keeping track of claims.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Bilingual Spanish Preferred Reading and writing skills are required.
Proven track record at least 1 year of administrative experience Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Intermediate Excel Skills Strong time management skills, self-starter, and highly organized.
Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grills standards.
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Have a strong attention to detail.
Willingness to be team oriented and solution focused.
