Sr IXT Program Manager

Program Manager Business Operations to make things easier for stakeholders, drive strategic planning and develop robust operational processes, support successful organizational scaling and operational efficiencies, while having fun in the process.
You will also lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and in collaboration with other Amazon teams.
Key job responsibilitieso Manage Goal review, driving predictability on key goals and get-to-green action planso Own the XBRs and Rhythm of the business cadence which operationalizes our global engagement strategy.
o Develop and iterate on mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
o Deliver strategic communications and management reporting for leadership.
o Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.

o Is highly analytical and process-driven, can assist with strategic planning and lead through influenceo Finds clarity of thought through strong writingo Can lead and deliver results, even when faced with ambiguityo Has the proven ability to develop and scale mechanismso Has experience managing stakeholders at all levelso Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgencyo Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulnesso Uses analytical skills to develop quantitative and qualitative insights to both look around corners and formulate robust, actionable recommendations for senior leadershipWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
