Ready to make your mark?In this role you will be responsible for crafting the comprehensive vision and technical roadmap of ADP's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiative in alignment with our evolving business needs.
As a member of our cross-functional team you will directly influence the design, implementation, adoption and reporting of the EAM solution through analysis, stakeholder requirements gathering, interfacing with our technical and business partners and utilizing industry best practices as inputs to your vision and recommendations.
Our EAM solution is a key initiative for ADP as it serves as foundational component that enables business outcomes such as IT lifecycle & financial management, software asset management, cyber and disaster response preparedness, asset criticality, threat and risk management, along with enhancing the client experience.

In this role you will act as the EAM technical product owner and facilitator to:
Maximize value by identifying additional business outcomes and features for the EAM ecosystem by developing the overall EAM product vision and roadmap Develop and drive an adoption plan in partnership with the cross-functional team to ensure full value of the program is realized Clearly outline ideas, create compelling business cases for prioritization, and deliver effective storyboard to various audiences for their buy-in Determine operational reporting to support identification, assessment, quantification & remediation of health, risk, cost and other requirements, leveraging metrics with high quality data Analyze, document, prioritize and govern EAM features and integrations across the full ecosystem for all asset types in partnership with technology, security, data, product, and procurement teams Identify and collect metadata from systems of record and establish standard lifecycle processes to track & manage assets across the global enterprise to support effective management of cost, risk, privacy/compliance, business performance and IT governance objectives Align technology, data, security, product, procurement and others behind common EAM goals Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives with other process owners and functional areas (e.

You'll have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
Hands-on experience in cloud-based enterprise asset management solutions to create and successfully deliver solutions on a global scale will be essential.
Experience/Skills:

years of technical product management experience with a strong understanding of product development and infrastructure engineering Strong understanding of EAM / ITSM best-practices, processes, with Configuration Management and Asset Management experience Experience in delivering a comprehensive asset management solution with full lifecycle processes and automation at a large, global organization Experience in industry-standard asset management solutions, preferably ServiceNow, with best practices (e.
g.
, Common Services Data Model, IT Service Management) and a solid understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB) architecture and schemas Experience leading technical and functional discussions Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence a global, matrix team.
