Responsibilities:
Execute night audit procedures, including reconciling and closing daily financial transactions Verify and accurately record guest charges, payments, and other financial data Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift Address guest inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns Monitor premises for security and respond to any suspicious activity Prepare and distribute daily reports to hotel management Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry Maintain a clean and organized front desk area This is a Part-Time position 2 nights a week (Friday & Saturday)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is advantageous Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Outstanding customer service and communication abilities Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple tasks Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and hotel management software Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
