Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths and areas of need.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and assessment outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based interventions utilizing the principles of ABA.
- Provide oversight and guidance in the delivery of direct ABA therapy to clients within the center.
- Mentor and supervise ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure clinical excellence.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients' families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Utilize Central Reach to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and refine treatment approaches.
- Maintain a flexible billable requirement of 25 hours per week, with bonus incentives for exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
- Certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Profound understanding of ABA therapy principles, methods, and techniques.
- Expertise in autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage children aged 18 months to 6 years old and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and crafting behavior support plans.
