Non-Exempt Overview:
Entry Level Mortgage Loan Processor.
Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated.
Responsibilities include, gathering information and taking each file from pre-approval to closing, keeping accurate client files, meeting with borrower, reviewing their credit and directing them through the application process.
Essential Duties:
Input loan applications to computer and order title, credit report, and appraisal Submit loan to underwriter Follow up with all conditions.
Records data on status of loan, approved, canceled, or denied.
Identify, resolve, and communicate to supervisor and discrepancies in the loan documents Prepare disclosure and loan documents using MRG.
After loans are closed, order tax service, prepare HMDA information, and send Booking information to servicing department.
Consult with potential borrower on our loan Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirements Obtains adequate data for CIP on all wire and money instrument transactions Monitors and reports suspicious activity to the BSA Officer Competencies:

Education/Previous Work
Experience:
Some college or associates degree (preferably in Finance) or equivalent work experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization Bilingual skills Preferred- English/ Korean and English/Chinese Work Environment:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
