The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.
The receptionist will be responsible for controlling the entrance to the school through the gate and the visitors' door, and greeting and directing visitors.

Receptionist Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Google Drive Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task Excellent verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Pleasant demeanor Ability to remember the faces and names of parents and students Ability to resolve unexpected problems with special attention to the welfare of the students Receptionist Essential Requirements, Duties, and Responsibilities Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate faculty or staff Greets and directs school visitors Receives, sorts, and distributes mail daily Responds to inquiries from students, parents, faculty, and staff Performs a variety of clerical duties Prepares and distributes attendance reports Enters tardy children in the attendance program Maintains knowledge of all calendar of events Sells lunch tickets Welcomes and directs SOA artists and vendors to parent volunteer contacts Makes overhead announcements as needed Performs other duties as assigned Receptionist Work Hours Generally, the Hours of the Receptionist will be Monday - Thursday 7:
15 AM - 4:
15 PM.
Option to work Fridays in June and July.
This is a 12-month, year-round position that follows the facilities/maintenance calendar and will be scheduled to work when the building is open to the Trinity community.
This is currently a job-shared position.
All scheduling will be assigned by the supervisor.
This is a salaried or hourly non-exempt position, eligible for overtime.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
