1K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The Inventory Analyst will manage the inventory health of the operation, adhering to TCCC SPPs and KORE requirements.
Define and control the inventory processes of the operation.
Ensure the correct registration of the inventory movements in the ERP.
Support commercialization and optimization initiatives that could result in inventory write-off.
Manage the Materials Review Board, including materials at risk and non-conforming inventory.
Trigger and control destructions inventory and all the needed documentation for this process.
What you'll do for us:
Lead inventory loss analysis and mitigation activities.
Lead Working Capital improvement initiatives.
Create monthly inventory loss file.
Ensure that all CPS losses and risks are identified.
Review file with MRB Team.
Lead internal inventory loss mitigation routines (Age of Stock and Blocked Stock meetings) with cross-functional teams.
Assign and track tasks to address identified issues.
Review summary reports and MRB metrics with CPS NA Leadership Team.
Complete all requested exposure reports for the Operating Units as needed.
Execute the MRB evaluation and define action to avoid material write-off.
Define and support internal inventory processes.
Analyze inventory processes deviations.
Lead action plans to correct identified issues.
Perform inventory write-offs and ensure the correct registration of this process according to local and TCCC standards.
Track and correct any deviation in the inventory movement and registration of this activities.
Report and audit reports of inventory levels, risks, and losses.
Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements, established or subscribed by the Company, related to your job, complying with the policies, internal plans and procedures that ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of the company.
Support supply planning activities and initiatives.
Including, but not limited to, inventory levels optimization, Working Capital initiatives, defining supply strategies, BCP activations, inventory movements to other locations, and digital tools adoption.
Participate and promote activities with the OE Team that contribute toward continuous improvement and digitalization of processes.
Integrated Management System General
Responsibilities:
Participates in the definition of individual and team objectives / metrics that contribute to continuous improvement, focusing on the quality, occupational safety, and environmental aspects.
Assume role responsibilities and compliance with applicable regulations and requirements established on the Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Food and Safety (FSSC 22000) standards.
Assures to understand and to have the skills and necessary certifications of programs and working instructions, training in quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations applicable to the job.
Notifies immediately any accident or incident which could cause a potential risk in the working area, related to environmental and occupational safety aspects or that can affect the quality and safety of the product or plant indicators.
Uses the Communication Center and the corrective action system and tools to register and to establish action plans for the effective solution of process deviations and to prevent the reoccurrence of non- conformances.
Participates or supports all activities related to occupational safety, environmental and quality programs to promote the development of knowledge and skills (Corrective Actions, preventive actions, periodical training, and quality meetings, among others).
Knows the plant indicators and how own job responsibilities can impact them.
Contributes to the continuous improvement process sharing innovative ideas, recommendations and notifying Manager of any discrepancy between current practices and documentation.
Support all initiatives that encourage improvement in all environmental, occupational safety and quality aspects of the processes and work environment to reduce human errors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
