Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.
Accurately updates and maintains Human Resource Information System within established deadlines.
2.
Updates and manages employee records.
3.
Effectively coordinates benefits administration within established Company policies and procedures.
4.
Assists hiring manager in processing applications and pre-employment screenings.
5.
Participates in the new-hire employee orientation process.
6.
Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
7.
Demonstrates effective customer service skills.
8.
Fosters positive morale amongst employees/staff, while promoting open communication with all departments.
9.
Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.
10.
Displays professional demeanor, patience, courtesy, and tact.
Education/Experience/Skills 1.
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent related field experience preferred.
2.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3.
High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow through.
4.
Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
