Atlanta, GAAs the Director of Finance, you will provide leadership in the hotel's financial domain.
You will offer support while focusing on business profitability and deliver on timely financial reporting, internal controls maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all levels of regulatory agencies.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assess financial impact of business decisions.
Notify management of deviations.
Manage and communicate cash flow-related issues.
Monitor hotel revenues and expenses.
Investigate and critique variances.
Oversee the capital planning process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory licenses, permits, leases, contracts, legal agreements, and operational taxes.
Complete forecasts and budgets.
Establish and audit internal financial controls.
Perform hiring/team leadership duties.
Review and submit a Daily Revenue Report.
Ensure timely deposit of cash and transmission of credit cards.
Review labor reports for overtime and any variances.
Distribute weekly G/L report with managers.
Review actual numbers to forecast, identifying discrepancies.
Requirements:
5
years of experience in Hotel Accounting.
College degree in Accounting or related.
