Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Manager is part of the Partner Services team and is responsible for managing small projects, as well as contributing to larger accounts and projects.
The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITY 1:
Excellent Account Management and Partner Services.
Demonstrates knowledge of Marketing & Communications industry and the basic principles of integrated marketing & communications.
Demonstrates understanding of partner's business and industry.
Coordinates and helps lead partner meetings; Takes detailed notes and provides meeting reports, inclusive of meeting results and key actions.
Responds to partner requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Research, outlines, writes, edits, and proofreads materials.
Monitors all work to ensure work meets the needs communicated by partners.
Supports research, strategy, planning, and content development.
Understands account budget parameters and notifies supervisor of potential issues.
Accurately records and submits time, expenses, and billing on a timely basis.
Follows financial policies and procedures.
Ability to pivot and support multiple partners across the agency.
Provides support to the entire Accounts department.
RESPONSIBILITY 2:
Project Management Excellence.
Knowledgeable of internal operations, systems, and integrated teamwork.
Assists in kicking off projects by writing project briefs, gathering, and developing content, and providing clear direction for execution.
Monitors the flow of projects to ensure that work is delivered within scope and on time; keeps supervisor, team, and partners apprised of status.
Facilitates internal and partner reviews, and ensures feedback is communicated and responded to.
Assists in the development of partner presentation materials.

Commits to continued learning and improvement by seeking opportunities to learn new skills through internal and external resources.
Monitors and stays up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in marketing; shares and applies key learnings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related field Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong research, writing, editing, and proof-reading skills Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to provide quality work to teams and partners Recommended Skills Billing Communication Conflict Management Coordinating Curiosity Editing Apply to this job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
