The purpose of this job is to research and obtain information regarding the locations of homeowners through the use of the Internet, Certified Deeds, and all other resources available.
Knowledge and understanding of mortgage/foreclosure ownership laws is highly desirable.

Utilizes computer based programs to identify correct owners; responds to oral and written inquiries from individuals, their representatives, and other agencies in a timely manner; develops and maintains contact with public agencies and other sources concerning property violations;
acts as a liaison between the company and police; analyzes, interprets, and applies information from public records;
attends and participates in court proceedings; performs case reviews to determine case objective and to verify information regarding address, telephone number, vehicles, and any other information to be generated; responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties; maintains professional attitude and appearance when representing the company to clients, court personnel, and others during work related interaction;
verbally/electronically (e-mail) updates management regarding case activity on an as needed basis.
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
