Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Collaborate with management staff to develop and implement strategies for delivering high-quality renovations that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and scheduling to final inspections and project completion.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, including daily reports, work orders, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all personnel on site.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding construction progress and project status.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction management or related field, with a strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
Property management experience is considered a bonus but not required.
