We're are currently partnered with a leading international bank looking to add a Client Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Front Office Corporate and Product teams, assisting in pre-closing and closing phases of transactions, and ensuring the smooth maintenance of transaction portfolios post-closing. Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal approval and external documentation processes for transaction renewals and amendments. Engage directly with clients and bank participants to address transactional matters and upcoming amendments, including conducting business due diligence reviews. Stay informed about regulatory changes and internal models affecting transaction requirements. Foster a client-focused environment, nurturing relationships and ensuring top-tier customer service. Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance) to optimize support processes for our franchise. Client Support Specialist Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Banking Operations experience. Familiarity with Syndicated Loan Documentation. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
