Client seeking Domain Consultant. As a Sr. Consultant, part of Process & Domain Consulting, you will be supporting to vertical leader in driving consulting led client engagements.
The ideal person should have domain consulting experience along with industry experience.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.
Relevant expertise in at least one of the below domains/functional areas
HRM processes like Hire to Retire (talent acquisition, Talent management)
Payroll Managements & Retirals (incl. Timesheets, Compensation & Employee benefits)
Performance Management Processes and Systems
Learning and development
CSR & Security
Experience in end-end implementation and maintenance of any of digital solutions relevant for Corporate HRM function across Hire-to-Retire processes in any ONE of the following solutions.
Peoplesoft HRM / Oracle HRM
SAP HRM / Workday
ADP Payroll / HRM systems
Ramco HRMEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
