Quality Control MAnager
One of the country s top General Contractors is searching for a Quality Control Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking to advance their career in the construction field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- Degree in construction or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
- Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards
- Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1
Benefits/Compensation:
- Base Salary:
$120-140K - Per Diem
