This role is 100% remote.
This is a temporary remote role for a Quality Review Specialist position with possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing manual redaction tasks in a variety of document formats.
With attention to detail, the ideal candidate will thoroughly review documents for PII and PHI, ensuring accuracy within company and compliance guidelines is critical to this job position.
You will perform other client or process support related tasks as assigned.
Attend scheduled meetings, trainings, and assist with procedure updates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience redacting is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully Excellent time management and organizational skills Good communication skills Ability to work well with a team Self-motivated / Can-do Attitude A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment Experience using redaction software and tools Experience with HIPAA, GLBA, EMA Policies, FOIA or similar compliance standards is a required Experience reviewing electronic medical records, electronic health records, clinical documents is a plus Other Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Access, Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Education:
Associates Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
Experience:
At least 4 - 5 years experience reviewing electronic medical records, electronic health records, clinical documents or financial statements.
Security Clearance Must be able to obtain a favorable background check.
Must have a secure working environment US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status required Job Type:
