We are looking for a creative, motivated product marketing generalist to support Slack initiatives, industries and lines of business.
In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to create messaging, positioning, content, use cases, sales tools, event content and enablement.
Responsibilities & ImpactDevelop and refine differentiated product and industry messaging, use cases, presentations and demos to be used by the broader marketing and Sales organizationTranslate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
Develop effective sales training materials and operationalize enablement, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings, key positioning, and marketing effortsBe the go-to-market expert for Product Marketing, working cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales Strategy and Distribution.
Operationalize our internal marketing communications.
Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer SuccessDrive industry thought leadership at industry conferences and/or for customer meetingsLead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas and industries in partnership with Sales, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams.
Required Skills:
5-8 years of Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Sales or Go-To-Market backgroundStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to strategize and craft compelling compelling messaging and customer-facing content (presentations, demo scripting, web copy, etc.
)Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholdersCollaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical executionPick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguityExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.
g.
extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $225,500.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $225,500.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
