  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation for the Wholesale Ticketing AI system.
  • Employ advanced analytic tools, including PowerBi, to scrutinize customer complaints systematically, generating detailed reports and identifying discernible trends.
  • Engage in the strategic formulation of questionnaires for virtual agents by demonstrating insights derived from meticulous analysis of ticket data.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by collaborating with diverse teams to aggregate innovative ideas, contributing to the refinement and consolidation of virtual agent questionnaires.
  • Participate actively in the validation process of the Ticketing AI project, involving comprehensive assessments and verification procedures to ensure the system's accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specified requirements.
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree at 4 year college/university within the last 12 months
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hr to $40/hour.
The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
