The Director of Enterprise Applications will drive the development and execution of enterprise application strategy and development, and implementation of cost-effective enterprise systems.

Responsibilities Manage the implementation and integration of system and technology initiatives in alignment with strategic and operational goals.
Provides overall direction and guidance to assigned project team members and supervises professional staff.
Lead a team of application administrators and developers to collaborate with other IT leaders to define the future strategic direction for Benevis.
Lead and inspire the application team to engage with the business and identify new functionality, develop compelling business cases, prioritize projects, and develop plans that maximize return on investment for the company.
Reviews and approves all systems development project requests and coordinates schedules and related departmental activities.
Stays abreast of advances in technology and develops computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
Evaluates the organization's technology use and needs and recommends improvements such as hardware and software upgrades.
Performs and holds others to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business , or other closely related disciplineMinimum 7 years of technical leadership experience in systems administration, network administration, web application technologies, platform management, data security risk management, or similar fieldAt least 3 years of experience managing a team of technical professionals.
Required or Specialized Skills:
Designing and developing software solutions to streamline business processes.
Stays abreast of advances in technology and understands the appropriate technologies to solve various business problems.
Excellent verbal and written communicationOrganization planning, cost and benefit analysis, budgeting and project management, and evaluationStrong knowledge of systems development, life cycle methodologies, change management, and project management.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong project management skillsProficient in Microsoft development toolsPhysical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
