Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Coordinator who will manage high-impact email campaigns, create engaging content, and drive measurable results for our clients, namely,( but not limited to) successful wellness platform Valhalla Vitality.
Also to play a key role in promoting our brand and services through meticulous planning and execution of email strategy in collaboration with our external marketing teams.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to craft effective content and design for email campaigns.
Oversee the execution of email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and implement enhancement strategies for better engagement.
Diligently manage email list segmentation to target communications effectively and personalize the audience experience.
Partner with stakeholders and external teams to set up automated email workflows that nurture leads and retain customers.
Conduct research and generate creative content aligning with brand guidelines to support the customer's journey and meet the client's goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of content writing and editing background.
Demonstrated proficiency in running successful email marketing initiatives in B2B or B2C settings.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with using Klaviyo for email marketing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and juggle multiple projects.
Exceptional writing prowess and content creation skills.
Innovative thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
Superb verbal and written communication proficiency, including meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of digital marketing expertise.
