Build out the future of Investor Relations by working side by side with the CEO and CFO.
The company is set to go fully public in 2024.
The role is Director of Investor Relations - likely a one-person team right now but with the support of the finance/accounting team.
We need a strong leaderwith capital markets expertiseWith earning call exposure.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Years experience in Accounting, Finance or related experience4
Year in investor relations experienceDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships in the investor communityStrong intellectual curiosity to get in and learn the business model and work with leaders to understand the future business model/plans and growth modelCompensation:
Great paid medical plans are just the start.
Compensation:
Strong base, bonus & equitysalary will ikely be $180-200k, bonus with very strong upside in equityThere may be some flex but ultimately even if you are a perfect candidate the role will not pay extremely over this amount.
