8K a year The Commercial Finance Analyst will support Commercial initiatives and liaise with SMI, Operations and other functions across NAPP along with our Europe colleagues.
The Commercial Finance Analyst will provide analysis to support regional initiatives.
Key responsibilities include monthly reporting, sales pipeline coordination, compilation of the master sales file from each site and the reconciliation, market segmentation analysis and contract management both indexation and PPI (Producer Price Index).
These activities provide the basis for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting across the business.
Key Accountabilities Generate monthly the sales, and profitability reports to our SLT, Operations, and Sales Units.
Provide ad hoc and support to the site management team and sales team.
Coordinate with Sales Directors to review and classify customers as A, B, C1 and C2 and liaise with Marketing on Model to Serve analytics.
Work closely with Marketing to classify customer data monthly in FBA categories to align with Group.
This includes POS (Point of Sales) and ECOM (E-Commerce) subsegments and reporting growth metrics monthly.
Prepare the monthly sales, margin reconciliations against our book of records.
Align with the plants if there any discrepancies and report any misalignment to the team for the external reports.
Coordinate across BUs and Sales Directors for all pricing adjustments for paper indexation and PPI.
Maintain the data that supports any applicable customer cost models.
Maintain any customer specific indexation models and support in the calculation and application of indexation related price changes Education Bachelor's Degree required.
Advance Degree preferred.

years Commercial, Analytics and/or Project Management experience.
Qualifications Working in a multi-site, multi-national manufacturing organization desirable Commercial contracts and indexation Proven business partnering and leadership skills.
SAP/Kiwi/Hyperion expertise desirable Core Competences Strong, demonstrable, commercial acumen Able to interpret large amounts of data into meaningful business recommendations S&OP operation and implementation Advanced Microsoft skills, in particular, Excel Experience Preferred 2
years Commercial, Analytics and/or Project Management experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
