WHO WE ARE HIRING:
A Senior Integration Lead

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

HTG has an exciting opportunity for a strong SOA microservices Integration Lead with strong design and architectural skills and experience in Medicaid, MMIS, or State Government Health technical implementations.


Responsibilities:

Manages the design, configuration/build, integration, defect management, and implementation of all integration and conversion activities that are within the project scope of work.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years leading system design and integration projects, including the technical design and implementation of projects within a Medicaid/MMIS implementation, preferably Provider Enrollment/Provider Relations.
  • Experience must involve directing multi-discipline technical teams producing integrated solutions (e.g., SOA, network, hardware and software).

    Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions and custom software builds on an AWS Cloud platform.

    Experience working in a DevOps CI/CD environment.

    Spring (Boot, Batch)
  • Solution architecture experience

    Strong React JS, Angular or similar framework, is essential.
  • Must be able to query NoSQL DB
  • Ability to get hands on into code and development.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical leadership for the development teams.
  • Contribute to RFP, RFO responses.
  • Strong Agile methodology experience, as well as strong experience with creating design documentation is important.
  • Design technical solutions and contribute to the development of technical documentation such as Solution Architecture Document, System Design Document, Application Configuration and Maintenance Plan, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan, System Security Plan, Data Conversion Plan, Implementation Plan, etc.
  • Communicate with customers, executive leadership, internal teams and multiple vendors in regards to solutions delivery
  • Communication with vendors and perform software procurements
  • Set team priorities, contribute to tactical decisions made by the team
  • Mentor technical personal and manage technical skills growth
  • Oversee technical solutions to ensure the high quality of the outcomes
  • Contribute to infrastructure, DevOps and development work
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure and Data Analyses for the project.
  • Interact with offshore development teams in regards to solutions delivery
  • Contribute to the product vision and technical solutions
  • Work with project management and executive leadership in regards to solutions delivery planning
  • Perform system architecture and system design for technical implementation for the integration and data conversion scope of work
  • Perform code review and mentor developers.
  • Be able to research and build Proof of Concepts (POC) for new integrations.
  • Perform interviews with technical candidates.
  • Must be quick learner and excellent communicator.

Preferred
Experience:

  • Provider Enrollment/Provider Relations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
