Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your primary duties will include:

Project Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate project teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and support staff. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals.

Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality standards for project deliverables and services. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Communication:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress. Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Reporting:
Generate comprehensive project status reports and present them to senior management. Keep stakeholders informed about project performance, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of estimation experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
