Description
- Lead and manage ground-up big box retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project teams, provide leadership, and drive motivation and accountability.
- Oversee quality control and safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project-related challenges to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and project reports.
- Regularly report project status to senior management and clients.
Profile
- Retail construction experience preferred
- Ground up construction experience required
- Mixed commercial experience preferred
- Technical degree level education in construction or related field
- 5
years of experience working in the construction industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work record
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
Job Offer
- Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 - Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience.
