We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operations of our inventory management system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and updating stock levels Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal requests for inventory items Monitor and report on inventory levels, anticipating and alerting management to potential shortages or excesses Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in inventory management or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and determine solutions Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type:
