Active RN license in State Minimum 2 years of Operating Room or similar experience Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing for various surgical procedures Experience with sterile techniques and operating room protocols Strong understanding of surgical equipment and instrumentation Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs BLS and ACLS certifications required CNOR certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during surgical procedures as a circulating and/or scrub nurse Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and instruments Ensure sterile field integrity throughout surgical procedures Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration as needed Communicate effectively with surgical team to anticipate needs and ensure patient safety Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery in the PACU or ICU as required Participate in surgical counts and documentation to ensure patient safety Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
