OIM/ Oracle Identity Manager Consultant

The Oracle Identity Manager (ON) Administrator will be part of the Identity & Access Management Run Team within the Corporate Cyber Security Division.
The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration, including application on-boarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup.
Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow.
Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally.
Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks, work out possible solutions with internal clients and Lines of Businesses.
They are encouraged to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision while escalating to Scrum Master and Product Owner as necessary.
We will drive compliance and security within Truist, which will help ensure only the right people have the appropriate access for the right reasons.

2 -5 years of OIM administrator experience.
Development background a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Service Now, Active Directory, RACE, SQL Oracle and SQL Server, CyberArk, Rally, SOA, Web Logic and other infrastructure platforms.
Creating functional requirements as an input to application design Create new database modules within the melcore database application and update data model and documentation Developing application and business process End users to identify application requirements Provide functional design review of new technology solutions in support of business requirements Providing functional and technical support for the Oracle Hyperion application suite Specialize in application and database administration, data migration, development, system analysis, architecture and infrastructure management Creating and modifying database application schema and defining database integrity constraints Perform database installation and configuration of database parameters Participate in troubleshooting and technical system support for the database programming group Gathering through design, development and implementation Maintain melcore database application including addressing errors as arise in production and test user interfaces Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes Develop functional and technical specifications Support development of application and technical architecture Guide business in data governance Modify existing databases and database management systems Analyzing and translating business requirements to functional specifications Plan and design application database solutions that are consistent with the company's overall business objectives and technical architecture vision Lead the oracle DB track of upgrade, migration and replatforming for 350 DB workloads in span of 12 months Coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations Recommended Skills Project Management Analysis Management Consulting Benchmarking (Project Management) Business Planning Forecasting Apply to this job.
