Responsibilities - Sales Professional:
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Professional:
- Auto sales experience is a plus! Energetic, outgoing, team participant, and self-motivated to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and social media skills
- Professional appearance
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
