Senior Network ArchitectAbout the rolePassionate about Network Architecture? Your next role will play a critical role in designing and managing our clients LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
We re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Senior Network Architect who can help us plan, design, document, and optimize network performance across a variety of enterprise assets in a pre-sales capacity.
Based in one of our modern office locations, you will be responsible for the stability of our clients network.
What you ll be doingAs part of the Wi-Fi Organization, you ll help to ensure our Network infrastructure standards are met.
At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise to design, plan, implement, and manage the network infrastructure.
It s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you ll mainly be involved with:
Design and plan service provider network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and data center to meet current and future requirements by selecting appropriate hardware, software, and protocols (BGP, eVPN, IPv6, SRv6)Work with customers in pre-sales capacity to obtain and understand technical and budget requirementsCreate bill of materials and obtain quotes for network and server componentsCreate network diagrams depicting high level designs and low level designs used for implementationImplement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threatsAssess network capacity requirements, anticipate growth, and ensure that the network can scale to accommodate increasing traffic and devices.
Continuously monitor and optimize network performance to ensure low latency, high availability, and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issuesNetwork Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.
Ensure the network infrastructure complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.
g.
, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Use network monitoring tools to collect and analyze data, create reports, and proactively address network performance and security concerns.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldStanding certifications:
