Position
Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist position will offer hands-on experience in a variety of areas including Learning and Development, data analytics, Lean/6Sigman process improvement, project and program management working as a member of a cross-functional HR team to support innovative, global projects for the Instrument and Enterprise Services business.
Responsibilities:
Program and project management of key Early Talent Initiatives creating a culture of belonging through annual cohorts:
Summer Intern Program - Assist hiring managers and university relations teams in tracking analytics, monitoring hiring, supporting on-boarding, program administration and off-boarding.
Apprentice Program assist program sponsor in h
Internal Apprentice Program
Data and analytics:
Weekly HC analytics in partnership with finance.
Monthly HR analytics supporting bowlers and business review report outs on KPI s.
Process background and drug testing per contractual obligations.
Complete weekly and quarterly HR business review data.
Organizational support for the Leadership Development Program.
Project manager for key initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
