Your journey begins here - discover what awaits you! Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:
Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM Cargo unload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight Prepares flight relevant documents such as general declarations, permits for local customs authorities, etc.
Produces arrival and departure notifications Briefs GHA about off- , on load as well as sequence of loading/unloading Issuance of load sheet and completion of Notoc Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities Maintains traffic reports Coordination of station activities and suppliers Perform crew support such as briefings, crew catering and hotel bookings Ensures the planning of work and appropriate scheduling Takeover of additional tasks when is required Requirements To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
High school diploma/GED required 3-6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations desirable Fluency in English required Knowledge of local custom regulations Clean driving license Computer literate as user Must be willing to work shifts Must possess a legal work permit in the U.
S.
