We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate product marketing leader to own the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy and execution for the Salesforce Partner Program.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for launching new impactful offerings, finding creative ways to gain mindshare, and being part of a fast moving and innovative team.
Strong candidates will have demonstrable expertise in all areas of product marketing product positioning & messaging, planning and segmentation, customer & competitive intelligence, asset creation, and presenting.
You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
You will have experience in leading and influencing to drive impactful outcomes, and have exceptional skills in managing stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Create the marketing strategies for the full range of partner programs across technology, consulting, and re-sell partnersDevelop product positioning and messaging for the partner programsCreate and manage major program announcements and launches, and manage a Bill of MaterialsBuild a rolling thunder drumbeat of excitement, interest, and adoption throughout the year to encourage partners to utilize partner program benefitsLead strategy and execution of partner programs including events, campaigns, digital, content, and moreManage vendors, agencies, and budgetCommunicate effectively and often with key stakeholders to ensure all collaborators across product, sales, product marketing, marketing, corporate strategy, partners and customer success are aligned in a highly matrixed organizationConduct competitive analysis throughout the year to understand how other Partner programs are run and how Salesforce comparesGather feedback from partners on how to improve the ProgramUtilize the full range of channels to promote the Program to partners and internal stakeholdersBring marketing expertise and strategy to the bi-annual Voice of the Partner programMust be in office 4 x's a weekDesired Skills:
Cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Product Marketing, Strategic Tech Partners, Partners, Corporate Strategy team, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing (exec events, sponsorships, strategic events)Understanding of Salesforce s product suite, platform capabilities, and GTM motionThe equivalent of 8
years of product marketing or similar experiencesAbility to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
Strong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions and executive communicationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customersExpertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholdersAbility to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks), product data sheetsAbility to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metricsAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,300 to $206,700.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
