Summary:
People Leader We seek an experienced Senior Director of Data Architecture and Engineering.
The successful candidate will oversee the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines, data solutions/products, and overall end-to-end data architecture.
The successful candidate will also lead a team of data engineers and architects to ensure the company's data infrastructure is scalable, reliable, secure, and supports the business's analytics and reporting needs.
What You'll Do for UsIn this role, your primary focus will be on turning strategic visions into reality through meticulous execution and management of our data strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
Spearheaded operationalizing our end-to-end data product strategy, ensuring it perfectly mirrors the company's strategic directions and aims.
Take command of constructing and deploying robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructures.
Execute Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance initiatives to guarantee data precision and uniformity across all levels of the organization.
Drive the hands-on creation and orchestration of cloud-based data solutions and architectures, vigilantly managing these processes to secure data and guarantee compliance with all regulatory standards.
Build and nurture result-oriented partnerships with essential organizational stakeholders, deeply understanding their data requisites and meticulously aligning these needs with our data strategy for maximum impact.
Skillfully apply big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka alongside cloud-based innovations, facilitating the development of cutting-edge data and analytics solutions.
Ensure data systems and platforms are designed and implemented to support next-generation data and analytics capabilities.
Act as a critical liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and fostering data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in data engineering, with at least five years in a leadership role.
Experience executing strategy, innovation, and architecting data projects and products.
Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and experience with MDM implementation.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology will be a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to mentor and grow talent.

Pay Range:
$181,000 - $210,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
