Within the Google Procurement Organization, the Digital Experience team is responsible for enabling and ensuring a consistent approach across the entire GPO through deep data insights, agile simple processes, and technology.
We focus on developing GPO's processes, technology landscape and data architecture to create efficient, user-friendly, and integrated processes and systems that enhance GPO's capabilities, streamline operations, improve user experiences, and drive value for the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing GPO's technology landscape to create efficient, user-friendly, and integrated processes and systems that enhance GPO's capabilities, streamline operations, improve user experiences, and drive value for the organization.
You will also be responsible for driving the live systems support for GPO's processes, systems, and policy across Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000

Responsibilities Collaborate with Procurement Capability and IT teams to provide live SME user support, manage escalations, optimize product support processes, and improve metrics.
Set up and analyze user feedback and engagement (customer survey, CSAT) and Product KPIs to generate insights for product improvements.
Assess feature requests and bugs (impact/effort) to support prioritization for roadmap discussions.
Identify inefficiencies in existing procurement processes and systems, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Recommend continuous improvement actions/plans to our stakeholders (systems, tools, process, usage).
Drive adoption of standardized procurement systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across Google's buying journey.
Act as the subject matter expert for the technical solution to the business.
