Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant at Winston Psychiatry located in Dunwoody, GA.
The role offers flexibility for some remote work.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to patients, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and prescribing medications.
You will also play a crucial role in developing treatment plans and providing ongoing support to patients.
Qualifications Active license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant Experience in psychiatric care and mental health evaluation Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and their appropriate usage Ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team Strong organizational and time management skills Valid CPR certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during hiring process.
