## Description
The Sr. Manager serves as a partner and business advisor to the IT senior management team as well as to other Sr. Managers and Directors within the business partner organization. This role will need to have strong business and IT experience and will be responsible for multiple teams and critical management activities. The Sr. Manager is responsible for leading the high dollar and complex vendor/partner relationships and transactions and for building a framework to enable the vendor analysts and IT line managers the ability to manage vendor performance, contract and compliance issues within best practices. This role will be instrumental in developing long-term IT sourcing strategies and initiatives to enable cost-effective use of external resources, managed
services
and products to meet 's continued growth.
Responsibilities
Drive completion of multiple simultaneous projects by proactively considering new alternatives and driving critical thinking to optimize results.
Maintains strong, current technology knowledge and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of groups
Partner with IT business partners and other Sr. Managers and Director in the business partner organization to align on strategies and deliverables.
Responsible for developing a change management plan to support changes associated with each category.
Set direction for their functional discipline across IT by establishing and reporting on processes and procedures. Attract and retain talented professionals and build a high performance team.
Manage career progression for team members to include hiring, performance reviews, salary decisions, mentoring, and coaching.
Leads opportunity assessments to identify strategies to deliver cost savings.
## Qualifications
10+ years IT experience
7+ years' experience within functional discipline
5+ years' experience as a manager with direct reports
Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to multitask and maintain by adapting to change
Experience working with multiple work streams including but not limited to Business, Creative, Development, QA, and Infrastructure
Experience building development teams and delivery quality processes such as continues builds and integrations, automated unit testing, etc.
Experience with Agile development teams
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
