The Account
manager
is the main point of contact for their portfolio of clients and is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Dealer Principle/General Manager at each customer site. Through proactive contact with customers the Account Manager will advise clients on their digital marketing strategy, focusing on the dealership's Internet presence and use of PureCars' SmartAdvertising Platform. In this role, the Account Manager is expected to deliver monthly reporting to decision makers and to consult with them on ways to improve the performance of their digital marketing solution. The Account Manager will work closely with the SmartAdvertising Analysts to identify areas of opportunity and campaign adjustment based on performance metrics and budget allocation. The Account manager will utilize their strong understanding of PureCars' suite of products and industry knowledge to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction and upsell opportunity.
Sales/Consultative:
Proactively contact clients to offer advice on areas to improve the performance of their SmartAdvertising Package.
Communicating product upgrades to enhance the dealer's digital marketing strategy.
Work with the client on new opportunities as well as on re-contracting and repackaging opportunities.
Obtain new monthly digital advertising sales/budget increases.
Review client reporting and provide advertising analysis on a monthly basis.
Conduct monthly reviews with clients to ensure negative patterns are identified and positive trends are communicated.
Identify opportunities for improvement with SEM,display, KPIs, opportunities, etc.
Share articles and industry information with contacts.
Provide the Sales Team with referrals as needed.
Strategic Account and Program Level Initiatives:
Assist with deliverables and ongoing projects and initiatives.
Act as a contact for members of the Sales Team, provide information on individual dealer success and areas for improvement and assist with successful implementation of objectives.
Use strong technical and business development skills to increase client's utilization of current products/technology as well as sales of new technologies as they are released.
Assist their Manager and the Sales Team with correspondence, reports, procedures, directives and training materials.
Help to identify and organize program opportunities.
Responsible for some dealership level projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to handle difficult clients with confidence and escalate issues appropriately through their manager.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Customer Support:
Delegate tasks to appropriate departments and be sure that fixes are implemented globally.
Maintain a thorough understanding of account structure and special preferences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following core areas: Sales, Customer Service, Search Engine Marketing, Digital Display, and Advertising.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but 3-4 years of relevant work experience are acceptable substitutes.
Two years of experience in Sales, Account Management or relevant experience.
Two years of experience in Digital Advertising.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
