- A proven track record of high performance with a minimum of 7 years of increasing technical and managerial responsibility.
- 7+ years of managerial work experience in the areas of Information Technology.
- Managerial experience of a development and/or deployment organization.
- Must be able to assimilate information and make sound business decisions.
- Must be experienced in budgeting resources, technology, and evaluating return on investment
- Demonstrated effective communication, project management, change management, facilitation, conflict resolution, analysis, and interpretation, visionary and strategic thinking skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology methodologies, ERP applications and BI Reporting
- Proven project management skills of large complex projects.
- An in-depth understanding and mastery of following capabilities of the SAP Solution Set: SAP ERP, Netweaver BW 7.3, Reporting Tools - BOBJ - WebI, BOBJ - Xcelsius, BOBJ - Voyager, BOBJ - Crystal Reports, BEx
