, build-out of pro forma financial statements for services under consideration, and compilation of Product Line reports and break-even analysis. Responsible for the ultimate reflection of service-line profitability/financial impact within Campus and System Long Range Planning Models.
B.S. degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
Five to seven years of decision support or healthcare finance experience. One to two years of financial experience must be operating at a supervisory or higher level.
Strong working knowledge of the clinical claims data.
Experience in the development and management of complex project plans.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of computers and micro-computer applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Hospital system migrating form McKesson's Trendstar product to McKesson's new suite of Performance Analytics, PM and BI.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
