Lead the development of new products and programs, lead process design/redesign activities, and identify Change Management impacts
Lead in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design
Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions
Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases
Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams
Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others
Work directly with technical development team to validate requirements and solution design.
Ensure that all business requirements are met through the technical design process and are successfully delivered as planned.
