Growing company, needs an SEC Reporting Manager!!
Responsible for the preparation of SEC filings including reports on Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Manage the XBRL tagging process for SEC filings.
Assist with the preparation of earnings releases, including financial exhibits, conference call script, and other communications / presentations for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare detailed quarterly analysis to support external financial statements and provide clarity to senior management and BOD regarding movements in key balance sheet and non-operating income statement accounts, as well as cash flow.
10
years of total finance and accounting experience including expert knowledge of US GAAP principals and SEC reporting standards.
CPA (active license) with public accounting experience at the manager level.
Big 4 public accounting and large US public company mix preferred.
SEC reporting experience, prior XBRL experience, and excellent technical accounting skills.
Experience in working with external auditors on the completion of quarterly reviews and annual audit process.
Experience with large ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and OLAP consolidation tools (Hyperion, etc).
Strong knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley section 404 compliance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
